-Flip Major , Im from Victorville California ( Southern California ) , But recently moved to Hollywood
What does the word "based" mean to you?
-Like in my own world ... Orignialty Being youre self & being loadedd haha
How did you get into the music industry? What inspired you?
-I Started as a Club host gained alotta respect and met alot of Dj's so i figured i had alotta friends that supported me and i knew alotta Dj's so why wouldnt they play my joints if i made some dope music? so in august of 2008 i started writing lyrics and recording and juss been working on my craft and Since than ive just been getting my name out there & trying to get better every day ... because im still new to thiss whole game but i feel i have alot to offer especially when it comes too my music & live performance.
What upcoming projects are you working on?
-Im Working on a neww mixtape / street album un sure of the title juss yet but hoping to have a tapee out by end of July
Are there any artists out there you would like to work with, but haven't got the chance yet?
-Umm im willing to work with anyone as long as the material is HOT ... But no one specific im juss goin with the flow.
Who are your favorite artists right now?
-I Fucks with Wiz Khalifa & Drake Heavy Right noww as well as Big Sean , Dom Kennedy , Audio Push , YG , Tay F 3rd , Curtiss King Alotta Up coming indie artists reallyy..

Young L Re-Up
When is your upcoming album "A Beautiful Mind" going to drop?
-It's actually a mixtape. It should be dropping within the next couple months.
Whats the idea behind the title "A Beautiful Mind"?
-It's just how i see my mind. I can really relate to the movie so i decided to name my mixtape a beautiful mind.
Are there going to be any features on the album or is it a hundred percent solo?
-There should be some features from Legendary Inc.
Are there any other albums/mixtapes that you are working on at the moment?
-I also have an album called "Outer Mind". It should be dropping later this year hopefully. Its already done.
Are there any upcoming music videos in the works for your album or the upcoming Wolfpack Party album?
-Yea we should be shooting a video for "Sex on the Beach" and also another song we have called "Dance Floor"

Tell us about yourself. Whats your name? Where are you from?
-Whats good everybody my name is Carl B. I come fresh outta Frisco. Up and comer in this hiphop scene. Basically making music for the people.
What does the word "based" mean to you?
-Based to me basically means doing you. Having your own sense of self and never having to catch up to anyone because they are busy catching up to you.
How did you get into the music industry? What inspired you?
-Well I’ve been writing songs since I was 11. The first time I saw LL Cool J’s video on Yo mtv raps, I knew I wanted to be a rapper and over time that evolved into a musician. I get inspired from everyday life and all things going on around me which makes for good music. There are too many artists to name who influence my music.
What upcoming projects are you working on?
-I have a ep coming out in September titled “In The Beginning” and I also have a book coming out that same month called “2 Sides Of A Penny”.
Are there any artists out there you would like to work with, but haven't got the chance yet?
-Locally Nio The Gift, Erk The Jerk and the Freshmen. Globally Nicolay, J-Electronica, Nas, Little Brother, And Musiq Soulchild. Also Wale Kanye and Jcole.
Who are your favorite artists right now?
-J-Electronica Nicolay and Kay, Jigga, and Wale. Waiting for the new Kanye.
What are some things that people don't know about you?
-I am one of the most humble guys around. I get along with everyone and just love to make music above all else. No Hollywood here lol.
Whats some advice you can give the people that want to get into the music industry?
-Network!!! Networking is everything and never expect anyone to do anything for you. If you can do it yourself do it and do it hard. Make you and never copy anyone’s image to make you bigger.

Project Hollywood Interview
Tell us about yourself. Whats your name? Where are you from?
-Project Hollywood is a group coming out of Atlanta. Its members are Steelo, Alex, ysteve, and red. The group started off when the four began throwing mansion parties and making a name for themselves throughout the city. Though they threw parties music was always what they wanted to do. The group decided to spend some of their money to put out a mixtape with Dj Teknikz Welcome 2 Our Show.Every day the project Hollywood movement continues to grow, songs are being recorded non stop, videos are being released.
What does the word "based" mean to you?
-Living Life To the Max Your own way not caring how someone feels or think about it. Project Hollywood also Leading the Based movement in Atlanta it means to b unique and do things your own way .
How did you get into the music industry? What inspired you?
-We knew we had Talent to Show the World Our Show , the way we live that's What inspired us. So we Worked on our First Mixtape with Dj Teknikz and we was so hungry we finished it in 9 days!
What upcoming projects are you working on?
-Right Now were Working on a The "Hollywood Status" Mixtape Hosted by Spiff Montana & C.R.E.A.M Team and were also working on An upcomming mixtape with Dj Woogie in the Future. Project Hollywood also kicked off there Medical Weed Report on Youtube Legalize Marijuana Worldwide!

-The names Micheal F Steez aka "The Based Legend"
birth name would be Brandon J Fuentes im From the Bay Area ESSJ "Sanjose"
What does the word "based" mean to you?
-The word Based means to me is keepin it 100% real with urself, being different when everyone else is the same, keeping positive, feeling the peace and love from everyone else.

How did you get into the music industry? What inspired you?
-I jumped into the music game as a young boi, at the age of 12 i came from a family of talented artist, i was potentially brought in by my older cousin, producer and music artist Young Prad along with another cousin Kelvin Warren aka Kada Bu, we started out as a hyphy group under the name TFM or The Fresh Makerz and have been deep in the music game ever since.
What upcoming projects are you working on?
-Right now im Working on two Major mixtapes that will be givin a release date very soon, one entitled "The East Tape" and "The Based Tape" these mixtapes will include 14 songs ft. many bay area artist as well as some others.
