E-40 Prepares to Release 3 New Albums

Just this time last year “My Shit Bang,” the first single from E-40’s last effort Revenue Retrievin: Graveyard Shift, received over 3 million views within 72 hours after its release. This year’s first single “Function” will ignite excited anticipation amongst viewers and listeners for the release of E-40’s unprecedented Block Brochures. For some, it may seems as though E-40 just released an album a few months ago, that’s because he has consistently remained relevant from viral content to packed out live shows, headlining the Paid Dues Festival and performing at over 50 concerts that kicked off internationally in Oslo and Bodo, Norway, overseas and continuing throughout United States. He’s also been featured on the most recent albums of Baby Bash, Snoop Dogg, T-Pain, Travis Barker, Tech N9ne and The Game. Respectfully so, artists Drake, Rick Ross and Bow Wow have all requested special guest appearances with E-40 when visiting the Bay Area. The seasoned veteran knows a thing or two when it comes to keeping his music fresh and engaging fans of all ages. With 24 years of recording experience, over 5 million records sold and multiple hit singles from “Tell Me When To Go” featuring Keak Da Sneak to “Bitch” featuring 50 Cent and Too $hort, the “Ballatician” makes it his business to grant nothing less than solid collections of music to his loyal fans while gaining respect and love from new listeners.

Kicking off to a grand start, a few days ago E-40 releases his “Function” video. Fans will be pleasantly surprised to view a few double take elements incorporated in the visual rendition, in addition to the camaraderie projected between E-40 and his west coast riders. “I got this thang mane. Laid the groundwork and drew the blueprint for the independent music label entrepreneur years ago. The numbers prove my old school tactics make new school dollars. For the past two years they thought it was crazy for me to release two albums at the same time just like we did back in the day. Again, I proved them wrong. This year we up the ante and you know what they say, three times is a charm. Let’s face it, no matter who you are or where you’re from we’re all out here just trying to Function,” says E-40, Ambassador of the Bay.
