After going through fan nominations via Twitter and Facebook during the public nominations, along counting votes from the panel of 28 influential Bay Area tastemakers and veteran artists, the Bay Area Freshmen Class of 2013 has finally arrived. This year’s class is definitely poised to carry on and perhaps even surpass the legacy of past classes.
